What RevyOps is

RevyOps is a Revenue Monitoring System. The evidence of who is ready to buy already exists, spread across the dozen tools you use, and each tool holds a fragment of a person. RevyOps puts the evidence together: one record per person, every action they have taken in one timeline, and each action worth points that fade with age. Add up the points and you get a ranked list of who to contact, with the reason attached. The ranking is plain math you can check on paper, so an AI agent can be trusted to act on it. When someone’s score reaches the threshold you set, a workflow can alert a rep, send the person to another tool over a webhook, or call your own AI agent with the whole record. Your reps stop guessing who to contact and start deciding what to say.

Turn the tools you already own into signal sources.

Activities & Scoring

Set what each signal is worth and how fast it fades.

MCP and API

Bring your own agent, or drive RevyOps from your own tools.

How It Works

1

Unify

Every contact from every connected tool is matched to one person, using the email, phone, LinkedIn URL and company domain you already have. See People.
2

Monitor

Everything a person does lands on their record in date order: replies, site visits, LinkedIn activity, social posts, CRM events and any custom activity you send in. See Timeline.
3

Score

Every activity is worth points, and the points fade. A pricing page view fades in weeks, a demo request counts for months. Negative signals, like a “not interested” reply, lower the score. See Activities & Scoring.
4

Act

When a score gets high enough, a Workflow alerts a rep, sends the person to another tool over a webhook, or runs your AI agent with the whole record attached.

Core Concepts

One record per human. A person’s email contact, LinkedIn contact and CRM record are shown together, so their full history stays in one place. See People.
A contact is one record from one source, such as an email address from your sequencer or a LinkedIn profile. Companies group contacts by organization, with their own fields and scores. See Contacts and Companies.
An activity is anything a person does, from a reply to a site visit. Each activity type has a score weight and a decay profile you control, and the score is the sum of what each activity is still worth today. Click any score to see the activities behind it.
Workflows watch your saved views and act when someone enters them, for example alerting a rep by Slack or email, calling a webhook, or running an AI agent. See Workflows.
RevyOps doesn’t sell you an agent. Connect your own, such as Claude, over MCP or the REST API, and give it the whole scored record to work from. Guides, prompts and shared notes for your agent live in AI Documents, organized into folders your agent browses to find what it needs.
Each workspace has its own people, activities, integrations and settings. Agencies manage many workspaces from one account. See Workspaces.

Integrations

Every tool you already own becomes a source. None of them get replaced: each one feeds the same person and the same score.
