Overview

RevyOps has two master list pages for agencies: the Master List (contacts) and the Master Companies List. Unlike a client’s own contacts or companies list, these show records across every client, with a Client Name column identifying which client each record belongs to.

Master List (Contacts)

The Master List lets you search contacts by email or LinkedIn URL. Its columns include Client Name, Id, Email, LinkedIn, Phone, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Lead Created Time, Last CSV Export, Company Name, Company Domain, First Campaign Email Sent, Last Campaign Email Sent, Last Reply Received, Contact Status, Status Last Updated, Previous Contact Status, and Company Status.

Master Companies List

The Master Companies List shows company-level records across clients. Its columns include Client Name, Id, Company Name, Domain, Status, Contacts, Total Emails Sent, Total Replies, Interested Replies, Updated Time, Status Last Updated, Previous Status, Last CSV Export, and Do Not Contact.

Saving a View

On the Master List, an admin can save the current filters as a saved view using Save View. Saved master list and master companies views are marked with the types Master List and Master Companies on the Saved Views page.

Exporting

Both master list pages let you export the current data as CSV, and access previous exports, from the export panel.
