Overview

The Your Plan page shows your current plan, its limits, projected overage for the billing period, your payment method, and billing history. Click View all plans at the top of the page to see the full plan comparison and pricing (opens in a new tab).
You need a client workspace selected to view this page. If none is selected, you’ll see “Select a client to see plan and usage.”

Plan Card

The plan card shows your plan name. If you’re on a paid, non-Legacy plan, it also shows your billing term and renewal date (“renews …”). Below that, the card lists a row for each billing metric your plan meters. Each row shows:
  • A colored dot and the metric’s label
  • The amount included per month (for example, “100K”)
  • An info icon you can hover for the metric’s definition
  • The rate charged per 1,000 units above your plan limit

Billing metrics

RevyOps meters three usage dimensions:
RevyOps never blocks you for going over a limit. Data is never rejected, discarded, or throttled for exceeding an allowance. Usage above a limit is billed, not stopped.

Projected Overage

If your plan isn’t Legacy, an overage card next to the plan card shows the Current billing period dates and a Projected overage breakdown. For each metric that’s projected to go over its limit, the breakdown lists the metric, a sub-line, and an estimated charge (“Est. charge”). If you’ve already accrued overage this month, the card also shows Accrued overage so far. At the bottom, it totals the Estimated month-end overage. The card may also show a note about whether your current plan is still the most cost-effective one at your usage level, suggesting an upgrade when a cheaper plan would apply. Click View usage from this card to go to the full Usage page. If nothing is projected to go over your limits, the card instead shows “No projected overage” and “Everything is currently within your plan limits.”

Usage Page

The Usage page (reached via View usage) gives you the full detail behind each billing metric for the current period:
  • A card per metric with the amount used, your plan’s allowance, percentage used, and, once a metric is projected to go over, a projected month-end figure and estimated charge. Click View usage breakdown on a card to see it split further, for example Profiles monitored into Contacts and Companies.
  • A Trend chart showing usage day by day through the period, with the remainder of the month projected. You can filter which metrics are shown, switch between line and bar charts, switch the range, and toggle a cumulative view.
  • A Budget alert you can set to a dollar figure. When projected overage for the month passes that figure, you’re notified by email and in-app.
  • An Other limits section for limits that aren’t billed, such as the 50 custom CRM fields per object type allowed per connected CRM.
  • A note on how the numbers refresh: sync events recount when you open the page (webhook and API activity updates once a day), active profiles recount when you open the page (at most once a minute), and profiles monitored is a live count, with the figure that bills being the month’s peak, sampled once a day.
Click How usage is calculated at the top of the page for the full counting rules.
The Usage page isn’t shown on the Legacy plan, since usage isn’t tracked there.

Enterprise-Gated Features

Some integrations are limited to the Enterprise plan. Where this applies, the integration’s tile is grayed out with a lock icon and an Upgrade to Enterprise to Access message on hover; you can’t turn it on from your current plan.

Legacy Plan

If your workspace is on the Legacy plan, usage isn’t tracked and the overage card, payment information section, and billing history table aren’t shown. Instead you’ll see a note that usage isn’t tracked on the Legacy plan, and a separate note asking you to contact RevyOps for receipts or invoices.

Payment Information

The Payment information section shows your card’s brand, last 4 digits, and expiry date. Click Update… to change your payment method. If no payment method is on file, you’ll see “Not seeing your payment data? Contact us.”

Billing History

The Billing history section lists your invoices in a table with these columns: Use the segmented control above the table to filter the range: Last 3 months, Last 12 months, or Last year. Click the PDF link on any row to download that invoice. The upcoming invoice row has no download link. If there’s no billing history to show, you’ll see “Not seeing your data? Contact us.”
Only admins and workspace admins can view this page.
