Overview

The Timeline is an activity feed shown on contact, person, and company pages. It brings together everything RevyOps has captured about that record, emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, meetings, form submissions, website visits, and custom activities, into a single chronological list. On a person’s Timeline, activity from every one of their linked contact records appears together, so you see the full picture of their engagement across email, LinkedIn, and any other connected source.

Filtering

You can filter the Timeline by:
  • Type: the kind of activity (email, LinkedIn message, call, SMS, WhatsApp, meeting, note, task, form submission, custom activity, and more)
  • Origin: which connected platform or source the activity came from
The Origin filter lets you separate activity by where it actually happened, for example a website visit detected by RB2B, a custom activity logged from Close CRM, or an activity sent in through the public Activities API, rather than lumping everything under a single Activity option.

Score Per Activity

On a person’s Timeline, activities that contribute to their score show a badge with the number of points that activity added, for example “Contributes 5 to the activity score.” This reflects the scoring rule that matched the activity. Website Visits

Website visits detected by connected visitor-identification tools appear on the Timeline as their own entries. Each visit shows which source detected it. If more than one connected source identifies the same visit, it still appears as a separate entry per source, one row per visit, per source, so the total count on the Timeline reflects every visit reported.
