Overview

The Deliverability view breaks down email performance by sending domain and individual inbox, giving you visibility into which domains and inboxes are performing well and which may be experiencing delivery issues.

How It Works

RevyOps analyzes every outbound email across your campaigns and groups the results by:
  1. Domain: the domain part of the sending email address (e.g. yourdomain.com)
  2. Inbox: the full sending email address (e.g. john@yourdomain.com)
Breaking results down this way lets you quickly spot if a specific domain or inbox is responsible for a spike in bounces or a drop in reply rates.

Rollup Views

In the v2 Deliverability report, the Rollup table groups your sends by one of four tabs:
  • Sequencer: the sending platform (Instantly, SmartLead, Lemlist, EmailBison, PlusVibe)
  • Domain Provider
  • MX Record
  • Domain Type
Each tab shows the same columns: Inboxes, Total Sends, Reply Rate, Reply to Sends, Bounces, and Bounce %. The Domain table below it breaks the same metrics down by individual sending domain, and you can expand a domain to see the same metrics per inbox.
The Domain Provider tab needs to be enabled for your agency. If it isn’t on your account, ask RevyOps to turn it on.
The first time this data is loaded for your account, RevyOps resolves domain provider information for your sending domains. While that’s in progress, the tab shows a “Resolving domain providers…” message with an estimated wait time. Refresh the page after a bit to see the results.

Filtering

Use the date range filter to scope deliverability data to a specific period, useful when investigating whether a deliverability issue is recent or has been ongoing.

Filter Domains

Open Filter to set min/max ranges on Total Sends, Reply Rate, Replies, Bounces, and Bounce Rate. Active filters show as pills above the table. When you set ranges on more than one metric, a toggle between each pair of filters lets you choose whether they combine with AND (a domain must match both) or OR (a domain must match either).

Exporting to CSV

Use Download to export the current table to CSV. You can export:
  • Export Domains: the domain-level (or inbox-level, if expanded) rows
  • Export Summary: the rollup table for the active tab
The export respects your current filters and date range.

Reading the Data

High sends, low replies on a specific domain: may indicate deliverability problems (emails landing in spam, domain reputation issues, or inbox warmup needed). One inbox with significantly lower reply rates: that specific inbox may have reputation issues separate from the rest of the domain. Uneven send distribution: if most sends come from a single inbox, consider spreading volume across more inboxes for better inbox rotation.
Cross-reference deliverability data with your sending platform’s bounce reports. A high bounce rate in RevyOps combined with platform-side alerts is a strong signal to pause that inbox and investigate.

Accessing Deliverability

Deliverability metrics are available in a few places:
  1. Reporting (v2): the Deliverability view, with the rollup tabs, filters, and CSV export described above
  2. Reporting v1: the Deliverability tab in the Reporting page
  3. MCP: your AI agent can query the same data with the get_deliverability tool, through the MCP connection under Settings > Developer > MCP, which lets an AI agent read and change your account
