Campaign Stats

The analytics dashboard aggregates performance data across all campaigns in your workspace. Key metrics include:

Total Sent

All emails sent across every platform and campaign.

Reply Rate

Percentage of sent emails that received a reply.

Interested Rate

Percentage of sent emails where the prospect was marked interested.

Bounce Rate

Percentage of emails that hard or soft bounced.
In Reporting (v2), each metric card also shows a conversion rate against the nearest card to its left (for example “Conversion: Replied ÷ Sent”), so you can see the drop-off between steps without leaving the overview.

Date Filtering

Filter analytics by any date range using the date picker. Metrics update to reflect only activity within the selected period. Available groupings:
  • Daily: Day-by-day trends
  • Weekly: Week-over-week comparison
  • Monthly: Monthly rollup view

A/B Variable Reporting

RevyOps supports tracking variables embedded in your campaigns (e.g. persona type, subject line variant, offer). Use the Variable Report to compare reply rates and interested rates across different variable values. Example: Compare tracking_persona=founder vs tracking_persona=vp-sales across the same campaign sequence. A variable’s name must start with tracking_ or it never appears in the report. See the Variable Report in Reporting (v2).

Deliverability Metrics

The Deliverability view breaks down sends, replies and bounces by sending domain and inbox, with the reply rate and bounce rate for each. See Deliverability for every column.

Exporting Data

Export contact or company lists as CSV from any campaign or master list view. Exports include all standard fields plus custom fields.

Export history

The export panel lists the exports you created from that list, newest first. Search by file name, or limit the list to the last 7 or 30 days. A finished export has a Download button. To remove an export, choose Delete export from its row menu and confirm. The file is deleted together with its row, so it can no longer be downloaded, and deleting cannot be undone. Delete all above the list deletes every export in it that is not still running. When a search or date filter is on, exports hidden by it are kept. An export that is pending or in progress has no row menu until it finishes, and a failed export can be deleted. An export still shown as pending or in progress after two days has stopped, so it can be deleted too. Master List exports are deleted by Agency admins.
