Overview

RevyOps unifies activities from all connected tools into a single source of truth for every person and company. Activity scores help surface the most engaged people and accounts across your market, while decay profiles ensure recent activity matters more than older activity. The Activities & Scoring page is where you configure how activities are captured and how they contribute to the RevyOps score.
Activities & Scoring must be enabled for the selected client. If it isn’t, the page shows “Activities & Scoring is not enabled for this client.”

Standard Activities

Standard activities are automatically detected from connected integrations. The Standard Activities section lists rules for activities like email, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, calls, SMS, form submissions, and meetings.

Custom Activities

Custom activities are ones your team defines and sends to RevyOps via API, webhook, or automation tools like Zapier and n8n. Click Create Activity to define a new one.

Scoring Rules Table

Each row in the table represents a scoring rule, with these columns:

Conditions

A rule’s Conditions section lets you build a set of conditions the activity must match before it’s scored. Add a condition row for a field, an operator, and a value, the same way you build a filter on a contact or company list. Between condition rows you can choose AND or OR: consecutive AND rows group together, and each group is joined to the next by OR. Rules for a standard activity type with multiple events (for example, several email events) are grouped into an expandable row. Rules whose weight, decay profile, enabled state, or “Applies To” differ across the group show as “mixed” until you expand the group. A rule with no weight set shows a status of “No Score Set Up.”

Filters

You can filter the table by:
  • Source: which integration the activity comes from
  • Score Weight: a min/max range
  • Decay Profile: which decay profile is applied
  • Scoring Status: whether a score is set up
  • Applies To: Contact or Company
You can also search activities by name using the search field, and clear all active filters with Clear all.

Decay Profiles

A decay profile controls how much an activity’s contribution to the score shrinks over time. Each decay profile has:
  • Name
  • Period: the number of days the activity’s score decays over. A period of -1 means the activity’s contribution is persistent and does not decay.
The current value of a scored activity is calculated as:

Frequency Caps

A frequency cap controls how often a scoring rule may add points for the same entity, no matter how often the underlying activity occurs. The cap modes are:

Applies To

Custom activity types are scoped to either a Contact or a Company. Standard, schema-backed rules report the same “Applies To” scope based on their custom activity type; other standard rules default to Contact.

Score Breakdown

Wherever a RevyOps score appears in a table (for example, on Companies or People list pages), hovering over the score cell shows a popover with the score’s breakdown: the individual activities and their point contributions, sorted by highest contribution. The breakdown popover can be scoped to a date range. On a person or company’s detail page, the full Current Score Breakdown table shows:
  • Every contributing activity and its current contribution, with the total listed at the bottom.
  • An Expired Activities section you can expand, listing activities that no longer contribute to the score.
A tooltip on the breakdown table explains the decay math: “Sorted by highest contribution. Current value = original × (1 − days elapsed ÷ decay length).”

Activity Score Trend

On a person or company’s detail page, the Activity Score Trend section charts how the score changed over time. Choose a date range to control which dates the chart shows, this doesn’t change how each day’s score was calculated, only which days are plotted. Click a point on the chart to open a breakdown drawer scoped to that day, showing the same kind of activity-by-activity breakdown as the Current Score Breakdown table, as of that date. To see individual activities and the score each one added, open the Timeline.
