SmartLead - RevyOps

Prerequisites

An active SmartLead account
Your webhook URL, shown in the SmartLead panel on the Integrations page with your workspace ID already in it

Webhook Setup

Open SmartLead Settings

In SmartLead, navigate to Settings → Webhooks.

Add a New Webhook

Enter the RevyOps webhook URL:

https://app.revyops.com/api/public/smartlead-webhook/{client_id}

Replace {client_id} with your RevyOps workspace ID.

Select Events

Enable the following events:

Email Sent
Email Reply
Email Bounced
Unsubscribed
Lead Category Changed

Save and Test

Save the webhook configuration and send a test payload to verify connectivity.

Agency Setup (Global Webhook)

https://app.revyops.com/api/public/global-smartlead-webhook/{agency_id}

Copy it from the Campaign Mapping page. An event reaches a workspace only when the SmartLead campaign name contains one of that workspace’s keywords, capitals included. An event that matches nobody still returns a success to SmartLead and is dropped. See Agency-Level Webhooks.
