What This Integration Does

Million Verifier, BounceBan, LeadMagic and Apollo each describe an email with their own words, such as ok, deliverable or likely_to_engage. RevyOps does not guess what those words mean. For each provider you choose the email status each result becomes, so a result you do not trust is never treated as valid.
For now, RevyOps saves your API key and your status mapping. Verifying emails with the mapping is coming next, so connecting a provider does not change any contact yet.

Setup

1

Open the integration

Go to Settings → Integrations, find the Email Verification section and open Million Verifier, BounceBan, LeadMagic or Apollo.
2

Connect your account

Paste the key from your provider account, then click Verify & Connect. RevyOps checks the key with the provider and moves on only if it is accepted. The panel lists where to find the key.
3

Classify your statuses

Each result the provider can return is listed before any email is checked. Pick one of Valid, Invalid, Risky, Catchall or Unknown for each, then click Done. Click a choice again to clear it.

Changing Your Setup

Open the integration and click Edit statuses to change where a result goes, then Save Changes. Click Update Integration to go back to the start and enter a new API key.

Statuses Listed For Each Provider

Providers do not publish an endpoint that lists their results, so these lists come from their documentation.

A Result That Is Not Listed

Under the list, type the status exactly as the provider returns it in Add a status and click Add. It appears with the others, where you choose its email status.
Bounced and Unsubscribed are not choices here. They are only set from real sends.
