Prerequisites

  • An active EmailBison account
  • Your webhook URL, shown in the EmailBison panel on the Integrations page with your workspace ID already in it

Custom API URL

EmailBison can run on a custom domain, so RevyOps asks for your Email Bison API URL as well as your API key when connecting. The URL must start with https:// and end with /api. Find your API token at Settings → Developer API → New API Token (use api-user).

Webhook Setup

Open EmailBison Settings

In EmailBison, navigate to Settings → Webhooks.

Add Webhook URL

Enter:

Select Events

Enable all email event types: sent, reply, bounce, unsubscribe.

Save and Verify

Save and trigger a test event to confirm data arrives in RevyOps.

Agency Setup (Global Webhook)

Copy it from the Campaign Mapping page. An event goes to the RevyOps workspace whose keyword is the EmailBison workspace name, or, when the event carries no workspace name, whose keyword appears in the campaign name. An event that matches no workspace still returns a success to EmailBison and is dropped. See Agency-Level Webhooks.
