Prerequisites

An active Lemlist account
Your webhook URL, shown in the Lemlist panel on the Integrations page with your workspace ID already in it

Webhook Setup

Open Lemlist Settings

In Lemlist, go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

Add a New Webhook

Set the destination URL to:

https://app.revyops.com/api/public/lemlist-webhook/{client_id}

Replace {client_id} with your RevyOps workspace ID.

Select Events

Enable:

emailSent
emailOpened
emailReplied
emailBounced
unsubscribed

Save

Save the webhook. Lemlist will send a confirmation ping to verify the endpoint is reachable.

Agency Setup (Global Webhook)

https://app.revyops.com/api/public/global-lemlist-webhook/{agency_id}

Copy it from the Campaign Mapping page. Each event goes to the workspace whose keyword appears in the Lemlist campaign name, with capitals matching. If no keyword matches, Lemlist still sees a successful delivery and the event is dropped. See Agency-Level Webhooks.
