What This Integration Does
RB2B identifies people (and companies) visiting your website and sends them to RevyOps in real time. Each visit is stored as a Website Visit activity you can score.- RB2B identifies the person where it can, and the company where it can’t. Company-only visits appear on the company with no contact attached. That’s expected, not a failure.
- Person-level identification covers US traffic. Visitors elsewhere usually arrive as company-only.
- A work email only comes through on paid RB2B plans. When it does, the email and the LinkedIn profile are stored against the same person.
- One webhook URL per RB2B account, so each RB2B account feeds one RevyOps workspace.
Setup
1
Copy your webhook URL
In RevyOps, open the RB2B integration panel and click Copy Webhook URL. The URL looks
like:
2
Add it in RB2B
Go to app.rb2b.com and click Integrations. Find Webhook and paste the URL. Click
Save.
3
Send a test event
Click Send a Test Event To Your Webhook in RB2B to confirm the connection. The test event
isn’t saved as a visitor, so you won’t see a contact for it.
Finding Your Visitors
- On Contacts, filter Origin is rb2b to list everyone RB2B has identified.
- Every visit also stamps a Last website visit field on the contact and the company, so you can filter or sort by it on either page, including companies RB2B identified without a person.
Good to Know
- RB2B identifies the person where it can, and the company where it can’t. Company-only visits are expected.
- A work email only comes through on paid RB2B plans.
- Visits don’t affect scores until you turn on the Website Visit rules under Activities & Scoring. See Activities & Scoring.
