Overview

White Label settings let you define a branding palette for your agency — sidebar colors, login/signup styling, and reporting page accents — and preview it live against mocked versions of five app surfaces before committing to anything. This page is admin-only, and it only appears in your Settings sidebar if your agency has white-label access enabled. Ask RevyOps if you don’t see it and believe you should.
Saving a palette here does not change what your team and clients see in the live app today. See How saving actually works below before you spend time perfecting a palette.

Accessing White Label Settings

Go to Settings → White Label. The page has two tabs:

Branding

The Branding tab is a two-column layout: settings on the left, a live preview on the right. Settings are grouped into five collapsible sections: Opening a section automatically switches the live preview to the matching tab (Sidebar, Login, Signup, Clients List, or Reporting), so you can see the effect of a change without hunting for the right preview.

Logo uploads

The Upload light logo and Upload dark logo buttons are present but disabled — logo uploads aren’t self-service yet. To set a logo, message RevyOps on Slack and it’ll be configured within about 24 hours.

Saving

Changes save automatically (a debounced save fires about 800ms after your last edit), and there’s also an explicit Save Settings button if you want to save immediately. Reset to Defaults reverts every field back to the standard RevyOps palette.
There is no separate “preview” vs. “published” state — every save, auto or explicit, writes to your agency’s configuration immediately. There’s no confirmation step and no way to see a diff before saving.

How saving actually works

This is the part that’s easy to get wrong: the palette you configure and save on this page is not read by the rest of the app. What actually renders — the sidebar color, login page, logo, everything a client sees in production — comes from a separate, hardcoded configuration that RevyOps engineers maintain per white-labeled domain, keyed by the URL your team/clients access the app from. In practice, that means:
  • This page functions as a design sandbox — a way to explore and settle on a palette, and to preview it against real page layouts, before it goes live anywhere.
  • Saving here signals your preferred colors, but doesn’t apply them. To actually get a palette live, message RevyOps on Slack with what you’ve configured (or just describe what you want) — someone will wire it up on the engineering side.
  • If you don’t have a dedicated white-labeled domain yet, nothing you configure on this page is visible to anyone but you, no matter how many times you save it.

DNS & Domain

The DNS & Domain tab doesn’t have any configuration fields — it’s a single explanation and a link to message RevyOps on Slack. There’s no self-service way to connect a custom domain today. Once you reach out, RevyOps will configure your custom domain (e.g. app.yourdomain.com), provision the SSL certificate, and activate it — typically within 24 hours. After that, your team and clients access the platform at your own domain instead of a RevyOps one.

Access & Permissions

White Label settings are restricted to users with the admin role. The page is also gated by an agency-level entitlement (white-label access) — agencies without it don’t see White Label in the Settings sidebar at all.
