# White-Labelling

> Put your own brand on RevyOps, from logos and colors to your own domain.

## Overview

The **White-Label** settings page lets you make RevyOps look like your own product. You can set your logos, choose colors for the sidebar, login and sign-up pages, the clients list, and reporting, and request a custom domain. Changes preview live before you save.

  White-labelling is only available to agencies with white-label access enabled on their account. If it isn't enabled for you, the **White-Label** tab doesn't appear in Settings.

## Branding

The Branding tab is a two-column layout: your settings on the left, a live preview on the right. Settings are grouped into sections you expand one at a time.

### Logos

You set two logo variants:

* **Light background** logo, used on white or light pages.
* **Dark background** logo, used on the sidebar and other dark areas.

RevyOps automatically picks the right variant depending on the background it's placed on. Logo uploads go through your account team on request; there's no self-service uploader yet.

### Sidebar

Set the sidebar background color and the nav text color. RevyOps automatically picks the logo variant that matches the sidebar's brightness. The sidebar background also sets the reporting page's dark background, and the nav text color also controls text on the reporting page's dark areas.

### Login & Sign Up

Set the CTA button color and text color, plus the page background and text color for the login and sign-up screens, the first pages your clients see.

### Clients List

Set the action button color and text, plus the table background and text color for the Clients page. These colors also drive card gradients on the Reporting page and the active navigation highlight in the sidebar.

### Reporting

Set colors for the reporting page's background and cards, its highlight/accent color (used for filters, open-rate values, chart lines, hover borders, and links), its metric icon color, and separate colors for success values (like reply rate) and error values (like bounce rate).

### Live Preview

The right-hand preview updates as you change settings, with tabs for **Sidebar**, **Login**, **Signup**, **Clients List**, and **Reporting**, so you can check how each area looks before saving.

### Saving

Click **Save Settings** to apply your changes, or **Reset to Defaults** to discard them and start over. After saving, RevyOps confirms your white-label settings were saved and that configuration will be finalized within 24 hours.

## Custom Domain

Switch to the **DNS & Domain** tab to request your own domain (for example `app.yourdomain.com`). There's no self-service setup: message RevyOps support from this page, and your domain, SSL certificate, and activation are typically handled within 24 hours. Once it's live, your team and clients access RevyOps at your own domain instead of the default one.

## Who Can Change It

White-label settings are managed from the agency's Settings, so they're only available to users who can reach agency-level Settings. There's no separate white-label-specific role; access follows your usual account role and whether white-labelling is enabled for your agency.
