# Team

> Invite teammates and clients to your account and choose their role.

## Overview

The **Invite your team** page lets you send account invitations by email. Each invitation is assigned a role that controls what the invited user can see and do once they join.

## Inviting Users

Enter email addresses in the text box, separated by commas, spaces, or new lines. Each valid address you enter appears as a removable chip in a list showing how many emails will be invited. Click the close icon on a chip to remove that email before sending.

Click **Send invitations** to send the invitations. The button is disabled until at least one valid email has been entered (and, if a role that needs a client is selected, until a client is chosen).

You can skip this step with the **Skip for now** link, which takes you to your dashboard.

<Note>
  If no login credentials are generated for the invitations you send, you're redirected to your dashboard automatically after a few seconds.
</Note>

## Roles

If you are inviting as an agency Admin, you choose a role for each batch of invitations from an expandable **Role** panel:

| Role             | Access                                                                  |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin** | Full access across all your clients. |
| **Client Admin** | Manages one client's settings and views. Cannot see your other clients. |
| **Client**       | Restricted, view-only access to a single client.                        |

When you select **Client Admin** or **Client**, a **Select Client** dropdown appears so you can choose which client workspace the invited user is bound to.

<Note>
  If you are signed in as a Client Admin yourself, the role picker is hidden. Any user you invite is automatically created as a **Client** user on your own workspace, you cannot invite an Admin or another Client Admin, and you cannot assign a user to a different client.
</Note>

## Client Login Credentials

For invitations to **Client** or **Client Admin** roles, RevyOps can create the account automatically instead of sending a signup link, depending on your account's settings. When this happens, a **Client Login Credentials** dialog shows the generated email and password for each new account.

<Warning>
  These credentials are shown only once and are not shown again. Copy them before closing the dialog. Each field has a copy icon next to it.
</Warning>

Click **Done** to close the dialog.

## Notes on Client Admin

A Client Admin is scoped to a single client:

* They can send invitations, but only for plain **Client** users bound to their own client. They cannot invite an Admin, another Client Admin, or a user for a different client.
* They cannot see or manage any client other than the one they are bound to.

## Verifying Your Email

When you sign up, RevyOps sends a verification email to the address you registered with. Until you verify, you'll see an **Email Verification Required** screen asking you to check your email and click the verification link.

From that screen you can:

* Click **I've Verified My Email** after clicking the link, to move on once verification is confirmed.
* Click **Resend Verification Email** if you didn't get it or the link expired.
* Click **Sign out** to leave and come back later.

Clicking the link in the email verifies your address in one step and signs you into your workspace. If the link has already been used or has expired, you'll see a message explaining that and a link back to sign in, where you can request a new one.

## Resetting Your Password

On the login page, click **Forgot password?** to open the reset dialog. Enter your email and click **Reset** to receive a password reset email.

Once you get the email, follow the link to set a new password. You'll see a confirmation that the email was sent, with an option to **Send email again** if needed.

<Note>
  If your account's login was created and assigned by an admin, the reset dialog tells you to contact your admin for a reset instead, since there's no self-service reset for these accounts.
</Note>

### Show/Hide Password

On both the login page and the reset-password page, click the eye icon inside the password field to toggle between showing and hiding what you've typed.
